Experience the enchanting StarEFX™ Acoustic Star Ceiling Panels, featuring shimmering star lights that replicate the night sky. The star ceiling panels can be individually mounted or connected in groups of up to 24. As a decorative lighting element, strategically placing one or more star panels on the ceiling or walls enhances sound absorption within the room. Installing the star ceiling panels wall to wall further boosts sound absorption.

Constructed with absorbent polyester material, the Panels help dampen low frequencies while reflecting higher ones. Incorporating acoustic panels into a room or space not only improves acoustics but also provides sound insulation, reducing noise interference with the surrounding environment.

Installation

Easily install these panels as ceiling tiles in a 1200x600 (4ftx2ft) A24 suspended grid system, making them an ideal lighting feature for lobbies or patient waiting rooms. The panels significantly enhance both the acoustics and aesthetics of the space.

Star ceiling panels are secured onto drywall using 6 plaster screws, with a low voltage cable connecting each panel in a daisy chain method for power. One 12V power supply supports up to 24 panels. A General Power Outlet (GPO) is required for the power supply, and a wall switch is needed to turn the starry lights on/off. The optional control module enables remote control of the starlight color and on/off functionality.

StarEFX Panel Modes

Panels come standard in a standalone mode where the star lights shine white, however, the panels can shine in color with the optional control module.

1. Standalone - Panels operate in a simple on/off mode displaying white shimmering star lights.
2. Controller mode (optional) - Enables the color selection and program modes controlled by the wireless remote.

Optional color controller

The optional controller module connects to the Panel, enabling color selection and program modes. Control a single panel or up to 24 panels with the RF wireless remote control.

FOC-MOD-CTLR/RC4 - The controller module allows control via the wireless RF remote. The system offers five color selections and two modes that cycle through each color. A single controller module can simultaneously control up to 24 panels.

Program settings with controller option:

• White (WH) with shimmer effect
• Blue (BLU) with shimmer effect
• Green (GN) with shimmer effect
• Yellow (YL) with shimmer effect
• Violet (VT) with shimmer effect
• VT, YL, GN, BLU, WH (Pauses on color for 8 sec, with a 5-sec transition into next color) with shimmer effect
• VT, YL, GN, BLU, WH(Pauses on color for 20 sec, with a 10-sec transition into next color) with shimmer effect
