HOW IT WORKS

The StarEFX™ Starlight Ceiling Kits use an illuminator to project light through a network of fiber optic cables. The fiber cables can then be placed randomly or in a pattern to show an array of starry lights controlled by a wireless remote for color-changing and star-twinkling effects.

Our starlights are designed to work in areas with existing lighting and can even be integrated with light control automation systems. This integration offers enhanced lighting options beyond standalone mode by automating lighting functions to adapt to different times of the day and night, ensuring a versatile and dynamic lighting experience.

The illuminator settings include:

• Color Selection: Choose from a variety of colors, such as White, Green, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Purple, and Yellow, to match your room's atmosphere or decor.
• Color Changing Sequences: Enjoy dynamic color transitions with the ability to create custom sequences or choose from pre-programmed patterns.
• Color Changing Speeds: Adjust the speed at which colors change to suit your mood, from slow and calming to fast and energetic.
• Twinkle On/Off: Add a touch of magic by turning the twinkle effect on or off, allowing you to control the starry appearance of your space.
• Twinkle Speed: Customize the speed at which stars twinkle, creating a sense of movement and depth in your room.
• Dimming: Control the brightness of your illuminator, from subtle and soft lighting to vibrant and intense illumination.

Additionally, the illuminator can be integrated with DMX functionality, allowing for advanced control and synchronization with other DMX-compatible devices or home automation systems. HOW MANY STAR LIGHTS?

A choice from 100 star points to 800 stars is available from the pre-cut fiber bundles. A fiber bundle has several branches, each of which has a predetermined fiber cable length. They are not all the same length; this makes placing them in their allocated positions in the ceiling or on the car's headliner easier.

The fiber optic strands in each of the bundles we offer have a diameter of 0.75mm (0.0295"). For hard surfaces, use a 1mm (3/64") drill bit with an adhesive added on the back to secure the fiber. It is necessary to have a smaller diameter hole when installing into a fabric or curtain for a snug fit around the fiber strand.

INSTALLATION

Our Fiber Optic Illuminator Starlight Kits are designed for easy DIY installation.

The illuminators are easy to mount or placed above the ceiling. The fiber optic lighting cables can be put in place by simply drilling holes in the desired locations.
